In some rare ocasions, the password that is used to conect to your cPanel account from your client area might change.  It could be for suspicious activity, user request or simply for security issues. This will keep customers from login to their cPanel account.  Just follow this simple steps to reset your password:

  1. Login you your account here.
  2. Select the "Services" option from the menu and then select "My Services". This will list all your products and services.
  3. Select "View Detail" (click on it actually, not the arrow) and you will se the related information for your product or service.
  4. Under the name of the product (ex: Froggy Standard) select "Change Password".
  5. Type your new password and confirm.
  6. Select "Information" from the menu and then select "Login to cPanel" and you should be able to access your cPanel account.
If you are not able to login to your cPanel after this procedure just create a ticket to the Support Department and we will fix it for you.
