Error With Mail Passwords

If you are experiencing password errors when trying to collect your email message check the following settings:

Incoming Mail Server: ra.generic-servers.com

Outgoing Mail Server: ra.generic-servers.com

Replace those settings in your mail application and you should be ok. You can access your mail using the webmail interface as described here.
